    Counter-Notice

    If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentifies the infringing content, you may file a counter-notice. To do so, please send us the following:

    3. A statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
    4. Your consent to jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Delhi, India if your address is outside India).
    5. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of the individual filing the counter-notice.

    Repeat Infringer Policy

    In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrights.
